Marilyn June Tulsa was born January 18, 1944, in Tulsa. She died April 23, 1995 at St. Francis Hospital. Funeral services were held at Pickett Chapel United Methodist Church, in Sapulpa, where she was a member. She was a graduate of Nathan Hale High School and Haskell Institute in Lawrence, KS. She also attended Northern Community College. She retired from the Indian Health Service Division of Program Statistics after 30 years, where she won an award for meritorious service. She was a member of the American Indian Society of Washington, D.C. She was preceded in death by her son. She was survived by her parents, a daughter, a grandson, 3 brothers and 4 sisters. |
